Description

Agarose is an algal polysaccharide. Agarose is a thermoreversible, ion-dependent gelling agent. Agarose gel electrophoresis is useful for the clinical routine analyses of proteins in plasma and other body fluids. It is a low gelling temperature derivative with unique gelling properties. Gels forms at <30°C, remelt at temperatures in excess of 60°C. Gels exhibit excellent clarity and are particularly useful for the preparation of media containing heat-labile materials.

توضیحات

آگارز یک پلی‌ساکارید جلبکی است. آگارز یک عامل ژل‌کننده وابسته به یون و برگشت‌پذیر حرارتی است. الکتروفورز ژل آگارز برای آنالیزهای معمول بالینی پروتئین‌ها در پلاسما و سایر مایعات بدن مفید است. این یک مشتق با دمای ژل شدن پایین با خواص ژل شدن منحصر به فرد است. ژل‌ها در دمای کمتر از 30 درجه سانتیگراد تشکیل می‌شوند و در دماهای بالاتر از 60 درجه سانتیگراد دوباره ذوب می‌شوند. ژل‌ها شفافیت بسیار خوبی نشان می‌دهند و به ویژه برای تهیه محیط‌های حاوی مواد حساس به حرارت مفید هستند.
