Application
Phytase has been used in a study to quantify the number of feedstuffs showing significant phytase activity. It has also been used in a study to investigate the effect of adjusting the pH to 5.0 (optimum for wheat phytase) during whole wheat bread making on phytase activity.
کاربرد
فیتاز در مطالعه‌ای برای تعیین کمیت تعداد مواد خوراکی که فعالیت فیتازی قابل توجهی نشان می‌دهند، مورد استفاده قرار گرفته است. همچنین در مطالعه‌ای برای بررسی تأثیر تنظیم pH به ۵.۰ (بهینه برای فیتاز گندم) در طول تهیه نان گندم کامل بر فعالیت فیتاز، از آن استفاده شده است.
