Eosin Y

Eosin Y is a xanthene dye and is used for the differential staining of connective tissue and cytoplasm. In histopathology, it is applied as a counterstain after hematoxylin and before methylene blue. It is also used as a background stain, thereby giving contrast to the nuclear stains.

Application

Eosin Y has been used as a stain:
to determine the location of the brain sections
for staining of fixed liver tissue
for histological examination of brain sections from the dorsal hippocampus

ائوزین Y یک رنگ زانتن است و برای رنگ‌آمیزی افتراقی بافت همبند و سیتوپلاسم استفاده می‌شود.در هیستوپاتولوژی، به عنوان رنگ‌آمیزی متقابل پس از هماتوکسیلین و قبل از متیلن بلو استفاده می‌شود.همچنین به عنوان رنگ زمینه استفاده می‌شود و در نتیجه با رنگ‌های هسته‌ای تضاد ایجاد می‌کند.

کاربرد

ائوزین Y به عنوان رنگ‌آمیزی استفاده شده است:

• برای تعیین محل بخش‌های مغز

• برای رنگ‌آمیزی بافت کبد تثبیت‌شده

• برای بررسی بافت‌شناسی بخش‌هایی از مغز از هیپوکامپ پشتی
