Sephadex G-50

Sephadex G-50 has been used:
to remove the non-entrapped carboxyfluorescein (CF) from the liposome suspension

in the purification of monoclonal antibody (mAb) humanized MN-14 by centrifuged size-exclusion chromatography

in desalting the recombinant enzymes eluted in the fraction five and six

Sephadex G-50 is suitable for use in:
the separation of low and high molecular weight molecules

affinity chromatography, protein chromatography, and gel filtration chromatography

 

کاربرد
 

سفادکس G-50 استفاده شده است:

• برای حذف کاربوکسی‌فلورسئین (CF) غیرمحصور شده از سوسپانسیون لیپوزوم.

• در خالص‌سازی آنتی‌بادی مونوکلونال (mAb) انسانی‌شده MN-14 به روش کروماتوگرافی ژلی سانتریفیوژی.

• در نمک‌زدایی آنزیم‌های نوترکیب که در فراکسیون‌های پنج و شش شسته شده‌اند.

سفادکس G-50 برای استفاده در موارد زیر مناسب است:

• جداسازی مولکول‌های با وزن مولکولی کم و زیاد.

• کروماتوگرافی میل ترکیبی، کروماتوگرافی پروتئین و کروماتوگرافی ژلی.
