سفادکس G-50 استفاده شده است:

- در نمک‌زدایی آنزیم‌های نوترکیب که در فراکسیون‌های پنج و شش شسته شده‌اند.
سفادکس G-50 برای استفاده در موارد زیر مناسب است:
- جداسازی مولکول‌های با وزن مولکولی کم و زیاد.
