Description
Peptone from casein (Tryptone) is a pancreatic digest of casein, used as a nitrogen, vitamins, and minerals source in culture media. It supports the growth of fastidious and non-fastidious micro-organisms. It can also be used for indole production because of its high tryptophan concentration. It is used as an additive to nutrient media in the production of toxins, vaccines, enzymes, and further biological products.
Application
Peptone from casein (Tryptone) is used for detecting bacteria in dairy products, drinking and wastewater, and in antibiotic test media.

پپتون حاصل از کازئین (تریپتون): منبع نیتروژن، ویتامین‌ها و مواد معدنی در محیط کشت که از هضم پانکراسی کازئین به دست می‌آید. این ماده از رشد میکروارگانیسم‌های سخت‌گیر و غیرسخت‌گیر حمایت می‌کند. همچنین به دلیل غلظت بالای تریپتوفان، می‌تواند برای تولید ایندول مورد استفاده قرار گیرد. از آن به عنوان یک افزودنی به محیط‌های کشت مغذی در تولید سموم، واکسن‌ها، آنزیم‌ها و سایر محصولات بیولوژیکی استفاده می‌شود.
کاربرد
پپتون حاصل از کازئین (تریپتون) برای تشخیص باکتری‌ها در محصولات لبنی، آب آشامیدنی و فاضلاب، و همچنین در محیط‌های تست آنتی‌بیوتیک استفاده می‌شود.
